Hello All,

Ann Musche' and I observed the WB Nuthatch at Harry Todd Park twice on
12/24/12. Once, at about 10:30 AM, in the oak and coniferous trees near
the park entrance; and second, at about 11:30 AM, about a block outside the
park, in similar habitat, near the intersection described earlier by Marv
(see below for both location descriptions).

Cheers,
Alan

Quick note on a White-breasted Nuthatch seen on the TAS Christmas Bird
Count, 12/15/12. The bird was found on American Lake at Harry Todd Park.
The bird was seen well, within 20', on a large Oak Tree and Douglas Fir
just off the boat ramp going down to the lake, in the middle of the grass
hill. [ . . .]
Also of note all along American Lake were Varied Thrushes at every stop. [
