Ian Boustead and I had the Yellow-billed Loon in the Ilwaco Marina from up close at around 8:30am and then again at 11am. 2 Common and 1 Red-throated Loon, 3 Red-necked Grebes and a small raft of about 20 Canvasback were also seen from the end of Outer Harbor Way.
