The MOUNTAIN BLUEBIRD at the Steigerwald Lake NWR, in Clark County, was along the Dike Trail about 100 yards east of where the Gibbons Creek Art Trail joins the dike. There was also a flock of 17 WESTERN MEADOWLARKS in the same area and a CANVASBACK on Red-tail Lake, all three species visible from one spot on the dike. Wilson Cady
