A White-throated Sparrow ( tan-striped) seems to be wintering in my area in West Seattle (between 35th Ave SW and the Fauntleroy fer ry). I've had one in my backyard on Dec 13 and? Jan 11 and it was around again a couple of times this morning -? always during a burst of activity with? a mixed flock of at least 10 species.
