Today I went up to see the Thomle Rd Snowy Owl. When we got down to shed
and the end of the road we could see the Snowy Owl out on the dike but there
were many no trespassing signs posted. However, there was a farm worker
present at the end of the road so we asked if we could walk out into the
field to get a bit closer. He said yes, so we crossed over to the dike. We
got good looks at the owl when the owner of the farm pulled up in an ATV and
told us that they were no longer allowing people to leave the road to look
at the owl.
