I got a vaguely worded go ahead last week regarding the state of
the input software for CBC's. I was able to finish the Columbia
Estuary Data and click done.

I was NOT able to use a Firefox Browser and was obliged to update
Explorer to the newest version before I could get all of the functions
to work (including the pay by credit card function). Everything works
without any bugs, otherwise.

Those of you who clicked the done button early should be able to
unclick now, but if not and you want to do editing, I now have
de-clicking capacity.
