Subject: [Tweeters] Black Phoebe still present at Hogum Bay Rd ponds

I haven't seen mention of the Black Phoebe in the Lacey area since before
the ice storm. I hadn't seen it there, until this morning. It was vocal,
busy and shy as always. I managed to get some distant pictures. Also saw my
first swallow of the year, a bird that I presume was a Tree Swallow. The
Bald Eagles were adding to their nest. As usual, a dozen or so
Double-crested Cormorants on the southwest pond and I wonder if they're
eating goldfish like the Hooded Mergansers on the northwest pond. I never
see the cormorants eat anything.
