Here is a digiscoped video of a Snowy Owl eating a vole near Burns, Oregon, taken by Kelly Hazen, who kindly shared it with me.

Note how nervous the owl is, presumably watching for other raptors that might contest with it for its prey. And watch it manipulate the rodent. If you've ever wondered why some raptors have large mouths, you can see why.
