birded the previously reported unusaul birds in clark county today with will risser of portland....the camas tufted duck was with his ring necked friends on the mill pond slough near round lake as reported...the red-naped sapsucker was as his reported site in capt william clark park by cottonwood beach...the female mt bluebird was compulusively working her fence line on the dike at steigerwald nwr as reported but the suprise of the day was a says phoebe discovered and identified by will risser working the field just behind the mt bluebird...at times both of them were in the same bino field of view...great morning of birding and avoided the looming rain ...nice way to celebrate presidents day good birding, steve kohl, brush prairie,wa
