My wife wanted to go drive up and see the snow geese in the near La
Conner yesterday (Found plenty) and on the way back home I convinced
her to take a quick side trip to Stanwood to see if we could spot any
Snowy Owls. We drove to the end of Thomle road and I was able to
confirm two of them way out on the dyke. We also hit Boe Rd, but it
was very quiet with the exception of two adult Bald Eagles that were
paired up on a telephone pole. We did not hit Eide Rd or the Big
Ditch.
