I searched the WOS Newsletter archives and found no reports of Spotted
Owls seen in Seattle or Bellevue.

The online archives allow for a search of all WOS newsletters from 1988
through 2010. The newsletters contain the Washington Field Notes, which
report on notable sightings in the state.
