I followed up on the Bohemian Waxwing sighting along the Sammamish trail bordering 520 and Redmond Town Center. No waxwings along the bike trail for a mile in either direction. Next, I wandered around Marymoor Park for a few hours before stumbling on a flock of 50-60 waxwings on the west side of the grounds of the Clise Mansion. The first ten I looked at were all Cedars.....then they flew off to the East over the mansion, not to be found again. Dang!
