Hi, Tweeters.
A delayed raptor report from the Skagit area from 2/19-20: one rough-legged hawk (light juvenile); one peregrine; one white-tailed kite, handful of kestrels, one of which was successfully hunting what looked to be salamanders along the Samish Island Road; a plethora of eagles; some redtails (one of which was banded, photos in link below), northern harriers.
