After reading here and there about Thayer's/Iceland Gulls, I decided that I'm not sure just what I saw yesterday. So I am dropping it from my eBird list.

I changed a Thayer's Gull I saw today to Kumlien's Iceland Gull. It will undoubtedly be yet another of my sightings that is not recognized by the bigwigs. But I just wanted to mention it. It was a casual sighting in the lagoon near Marine Park here in Bellingham. It was flying out as I wandered in. No trace of actual black in wingtips; just medium Gray. Also clean white head (adult). Smaller than Glaucous-winged Gull.
