The BLACK PHOEBE that has been seen at the sewage treatment ponds off Hogum Bay Road in Lacey was seen again on Sunday. ?He was out enjoying the sunshine in the two central ponds, before flying off into the small group of trees to the north. ?He was easily spotted due to his loud, rich single note call, which could be heard all along the pathway. ?The entrance to the ponds is at the corner of Hogum Bay Road and 30th Ave.
