I tried to relocate the Tufted Duck this morning for better photos, without success.? I searched from I-5 bridge to Wintler Park but couldn't access some of the industrial area waterfront.? The wind was really picking up as the rain was moving in. ? There were many more scaup flocks on the WA side than on Saturday ?but none had black backs.? At Wintler Park I did find?one Common Loon,?Two Pacific Loons, and a Red-breasted Merganser.

Dan Friesz indicated that the N Mockingbird in the 5400 block of Harney (NW Vancouver) has be present daily since first seen in early December, but it doesn't use the street as much.? It is using his backyard holly tree, and it appeared there was still at least a month supply of berries left.

Yesterday I had a Trumpeter Swan at Ridgefield NWR at Rest Lake, and at least 4?Townsend's Warblers a block from my house in the?upper Whipple ?Creek area near WSU- Vancouver.
