Hi, Owl Watchers! I've had some requests for directions to Union Valley
Rd. So, here is my best try. The main street through Chelan is Woodin
Ave. At Bradley, the corner with the elementary school, go north. After
about 4 blocks (some longer than others) the road becomes steeper and
goes up past the hospital on the right. Con't. until you pass the
cemetery and rodeo grounds, on your left. Soon there will be a branch,
labeled Cagle Gulch but go left instead, (I don't recommend Cagle Gulch in
the winter!) Con't. on Union Valley Rd. This might be where mm 1 is
located. The bird has been found between mm 6 and 7. Hope this helps
