I can't find where this has been reported, so here goes. Anyone interested in seeing Bald eagles in the city (Seattle) can find one, sometimes more, on the light standards in the Pier 91 parking lot South of the Magnolia Bridge. On the rare occasion when they are not there, they are hunting along Magnolia Bluff. There seems to be limited access to the parking lots, but there is a park with a lot at the top (West side of the bridge), and it is an easy walk to the middle of the bridge for viewing.
