Your parrots are likely the remnants of a small flock (about a dozen) of
"Aratinga* parakeets that bred (perhaps still breed) in Seward Park and
spent the off season banging around North Seattle, particularly Maple Leaf.
Three birds is what I occasionally still see here.
*As I recall, most called them Mitred Parakeets, but that debate may still
simmer.
