I have been impressed by the number of Bald Eagles showing up in relatively urban situations. This could be a great asset to their survival as long as they can find food and other basic needs in a relatively civilized environment. Adaptability is the name of the game.

Anyone interested in seeing Bald eagles in the city (Seattle) can find one, sometimes more, on the light standards in the Pier 91 parking lot South of the Magnolia Bridge. On the rare occasion when they are not there, they are hunting along Magnolia Bluff. There seems to be limited access to the parking lots, but there is a park with a lot at the top (West side of the bridge), and it is an easy walk to the middle of the bridge for viewing.
