Aratinga spp.
The flock is a mixed flock of Aratinga sp. Conures or parakeets whatever term you subscribe to . Parakeet is generic for long tailed parrot term so I opt for Conure a term more specific to the Aratinga and closely related genus and species and i believe a origin appropriate term.
Common names abound. Some that have been used for the species involved are Mitred , Chery head and Green or White eye conures. All different species.
Some may be juveniles of one species or another, all will hybridize and all have been accidentally and purposely released in the area over many years.
The latest photos I saw (Today) were the Mitred conures.
