About 1:30, at Lower Oak Bay county park, the Eurasian wigeon was still
hanging out with the large flock of American wigeons.

There was also a ruddy duck.


and the usual northern pintails..

The sun was shining, temp was in the 30s. There were occasional snow
flurries.
