Just south of the Wanapum State Park, I managed to refind the three White-winged Scoters that Michael Hobbs had found earlier in the week. They were by themselves but near two large flocks of scaup. In the larger of the two scaup flocks was a female Long-tailed Duck. Searched through the scaup flocks hoping for a Tufted Duck to no avail.
