These are great but they aren't fool proof. You need to apply them liberally, not just one or two per window if you have a large area of glass. Doing other things as suggested in the email that started this whole thread is still necessary. As for the decals, I have found that applying one on each side of a feeder (left and right) if you have it close to the window helps alot. The birds aim for the feeder and tend not to overshoot as much.
