Subject: [Tweeters] Reifel & Boundary Bay from 1/7-8

Last weekend my wife and I took our first trip to Boundary Bay and Reifel.
We also visited Point Roberts and Tsawassen Ferry Terminal too.

We just loved Reifel. The abundance and proximity of birds at Reifel was
such a treat.

We found new life birds of Willet ( Tsawassen Ferry Terminal), Fox
Sparrow(Reifel), Northern Saw-whet Owl (Reifel) and I guess since we crossed
the border we also saw our first Northwestern Crows (not sure how you really
classify these).

Between the 2 days we saw 72 species which is good for my wife and I
considering our experience.

In case anyone is interested I've posted some photos at

I can't wait to go back again.

Best regards,

Oh dear. Pritchard Beach is located in south Seattle, just north of Rainier
Beach and off of Seward Park Ave So.
