Hi Tweeters - bet there's a lot of "Snowy Owls" out there today!!

I believe I had a Sooty Sparrow (almost wrote Sooty Owl) - anyone else out there seeing this bird? It also looked like a Slaty Sparrow or Fox Sparrow, but the range didn't look quite right. This had the marks on the whitish breast and dark colored head. I almost got a good photo but it turned out too dark...he was so close!

A new one for me...
