Hello All,

Today MerryLynn and I headed west then north onto Eureka Flats in search of winter finches. We located the following species out on the wind blown flats.

American Goldfinch...........................275 birds
Common Redpoll...............................3
Horned Lark........................................3200, with one lark larger than rest and yellow from throat to vent. saw 25+ arctic larks as well.
Lapland Longspur..............................3
Snow Bunting......................................1
Prairie Falcon.....................................1
Rough-legged Hawk...........................5
