Today I took my mother to see SNOWY OWLS at the end of 72nd St on Boundary Bay (B.C.). We easily saw 13 birds. There may very well have been more, but due to cold wind, we retired to the car to get warm.

Our next stop was Lighthouse Park at Point Roberts. There we had a good look at one ANCIENT MURRELET. Later, at the end of the marina in Blaine, was a 1st winter GLAUCOUS GULL.
