Mason,

I know colleges and universities are usually looking for birds for
ornithology classes and collections Dr. Margaret O'Connell at Eastern
Washington University I know teaches a class where students "taxidermy"
birds which are subsequently used in the University collection or donated
to other collections.

Thanks,
