Stephen,
They've been seen this week by some folks, but it's been inconstant. I
was up there on Wednesday and couldn't find any, for instance. Chances
are they're still in the area, but just not in a visible place on days
when people aren't locating them. One thing to note is that the owls
have typically been sitting out on the dikes which is almost 1/4 mile
away from public viewing places. This makes a high powered spotting
scope almost a necessity to even get a positive ID.
