Thinking about heading to Skagit Co. on Friday to bird. I was thinking about Padilla Bay and Eide Road. About a month ago, I stopped at Eide Road and saw the Snowy Owls on my way to the Skagit River but didn't have time to spend the day. I have only birded a limited number of times up north and am looking for locations (with street names if possible) that are particulary good to check out.
