Hello again Tweeters,

I have received a number of extremely helpful responses to my initial query
on birding in WA state, and have been able to make a plan for my birding
efforts.
Both weekends I will rent a car and go out (see below for some details):
anyone who might be interested to go along, please contact me!

Vice versa, on some of the work days I would like to do early morning /
evening birding in Seattle, but won't have my own transportation then.
Anyone who is then planning to visit, e.g. Discovery Park, Marymoor Park,
or Edmond's, and would be willing to pass by the campus area to pick me up:
I would be grateful to be able tag along!

Some details on my weekend plans:
In the weekend of 14-15 July I will rent a car and head eastwards doing
birding in the Wenas area (and surrounding canyons and bird roads), the
Vantage area and the western Columbia Plateau. In the extended weekend of
18-22 July, I will spend one or two days at the coast (Westport area and
potentially the Olympia peninsula west coast), and then probably back
inland (including some higher elevation spots). I will stay overnight at
campsites and potentially b&b's. Unfortunately, the pelagic on July 14 was
already fully booked, so I won't do a pelagic.

Thanks again for all your previous responses,
