After successfully twitching the Painted Bunting (congrats Gary!) and Snowy Owl this morning, I spent about 1.5hrs along Soap Lake Rd (access off 97 north of Monse) before heading back home. It was a long drive ...
Barrow's Goldeneye (1 at Little Soap Lake)Eared Grebe (1 at Soap Lake)Long-billed Dowitcher (1 at Little Soap Lake)Semipalmated Sandpiper (1 adult mixed in with several Leasts and Westerns on north shore of Soap Lake)Greater Yellowlegs (2 at Soap Lake)Chukar (~30 with many young on west side of Soap Lake)Gray Partridge (8 in ailanthus altissima patch on north side of Soap Lake)Loggerhead Shrike (3 single birds)

I briefly stopped at the Cassimer Bar for Least Flycatcher, but did not find any.
