I have been getting back some replies.

Some suggest it is an Anna's which I know for sure it is not. I have Anna's
at our feeders in Vancouver, WA throughout the year and see them in all
stages of growth and lighting conditions

One thinks it is a Broad-tailed and I myself having seen the bird am
leaning that way.

In the original photos I think I can see a hint of Rufous in the under wing
and tail but not sure. There is always the possibility of a hybrid but I
know it is not a Black-chinned, Rufous or Calliope full bred Hummingbird.
