Hi Tweets,About 1:30 pm today 07/19, I observed a Black Phoebe at Magnuson Park. It was located flycatching over the pond on the north side of the road going to the swimming area. I was on the dead end path on the north side of that pond. I watched it for about 10 minutes then it appeared to be chased off by a small group of Cedar Waxwings. Good BirdingDoug ParrottEdmonds Wa.
