The "Washington Birding" facebook site at:https://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Washington-Birding/137712199682582 welcomes interesting photos of birds taken in our state. It is easy to download or view photos here, but we do request that you only post a couple of photos at a time. Photos of rare or unusual species are welcomed as are those of birds that need identification. We ask that if you do have a large number of photos that you want to share, please post a link to an album with a complete and workable link.. Wilson Cady

Subject: [Tweeters] question about flickr links

hi:

is there someplace where 'encrypted' flickr links are explained/translated? all this AT and NO stuff is meaningless to me, and i've tried several iterations only to get that smarmy oops page from the flickr folks (If only i could reach my arm through the monitor and grab the skinny little geek that wrote that thing and throttle him/her into unconsciousness i'd feel good for the rest of the month). for that matter, if the purpose of flickr is to show off yr images to the whole world, why hide yr light under a bushel? being from the first half of the last century, i doubt i'll ever grasp most of this stuff anyway, but it's fun to fake it now and then.

regards,

t
