Subject: [Tweeters] More Precise Location/Description for PABU

Because it is a little hard to describe exactly where we are seeing the
PABU, hopefully these details will help as many as possible find success,
instead of a long trip which ends in disappointment.

We helped several different people from Seattle area find the PABU this
morning, one of which was back for a second try. Yes, it could be heard
from the road as posted earlier, but it seemed too low in the brush to good
look, so we walked directly up the creek instead. You might need to do the
same.

If so, cross the creek as soon as you find a place narrow enough to not get
wet, and walk up the creek several hundred yards, or until you reach a large
partially fallen cottonwood tree across the trail. About half of the time
you will hear it singing, which makes it very easy to locate, or listen for
a chirping/buzzing sound. Either way, as soon as the sound gets you close,
the color will do the rest, especially when sun hits it at just the right
angle!

We have helped quite a number of people find the PABU, but because we are
not always available, our hopes is that this info will suffice.

Good luck, and God Bless,

Roland and Karen Coleman
