3:15pm to about 4:15pm located by Tahoma Audubon Advanced Birding Class.
Two and a half miles up from entrance, marked by four rock cairn on inner
curve of road. Class leader Ken Brown, picture to document by Asta
Tobiason who also initially spotted the bird.
