Click on Going Birding?, and then on Kent Ponds, or Boeing Ponds. I think most of the Lazuli Buntings there are along the bike trail which borders the south side of Kent Ponds. One good spot for a Lazuli is near the south viewing tower that is right near the bike trail. The Laz also likes that big power tower next to the trail.
