John Hebert and I had the eastern phoebe calling and perching between 6:30 and 7:00 this morning. The bird was at 1.8 miles up Oak Creek Road. There is a small driveway on the left and oaks on both sides of the road. John was headed up for the warbler while I had to return for work.
