The injured bird was a newly fledged Peregrine Falcon from the 1201 Third Avenue(AKA WA Mutual tower) nest site. He likely hit a window on his first flight and was stunned. He's now in "rehab" at Sarvey Wildlife Center in Arlington (a great facility) and will hopefully be released back to his parents if he does well.

His sister will hopefully not fly for another few days.

Wright Runstad has a live webcam on the nest ledge at www.1201third.com. The remaining bird often hides below the camera, so if the ledge looks empty it doesn't mean she has fledged.
