Greetings all you tweeters.

Killdeer must be really popular, plus the fact that once you find them, they are reasonably easy to photograph--usually out in the open, in unusual places, and tend to stay put once they sit--and their nests are hidden in plain and incongruous sight.

I had way too many good pictures to choose from. And, of course, I received pictures that I wish that I could have included, after I had already sent in the article. I wish that I could have used more, but I am always limited.
