The phoebe was seen on June 8 (Friday) but not the chestnut-sided warbler. This was reported on BirdYak, a local birding list-serv of Yakima County. Since June 8th, there was one negative report on the phoebe (June 10th-Sunday) and no reports (positive or negative) on the warbler on BirdYak.
