Just a quick recap of my West Plains WOS conference trip today - beautiful weather today finally!
MacFarlane Road - (between Espanola and Ladd Roads): Brewer's, Vesper, Grasshopper, and Savannah Sparrows, two flushed Gray Partridges, one Wilson's Phalarope
We did not find the Stroup Road Clay-colored Sparrow today, but did find the Chase Road sparrow singing away. Great looks at this bird by all!
West Medical Lake - the male Eurasian Wigeon found by Brad Waggoner's field trip on Saturday continues on the south end
Medical Lake - 4 Caspian Terns
Granite Lake - one basic plumaged Bonaparte's Gull
