We spent a couple of hours yesterday at Three Forks Natural Area,
hoping to score on a couple of target birds. Success! After hearing
what we thought was the sought-after LAZULI BUNTING, we found it atop
a willow tree. Our other target bird, the RED-EYED VIREO was heard in
two different spots, but not seen.
FOY for us: OLIVE-SIDED FLYCATCHER was easily spotted and heard.

Many nice birds out there; total for us was 35 species.

Another plus: the mosquitoes were not in attendance.
