The pair of Peregrines in Tacoma that used to nest on the 11th Street bridge (I'm assuming it is the same pair) have found a new nesting spot and successfully hatched two chicks. Due to work on the bridge I was wondering where they'd end up nesting, and wouldn't you know it, within view from my office!

The chicks have been hopping around now for a number of days but I don't think they've taken to the air. It has been a special treat to hear and see this process going on for the past few weeks. Perhaps an office job isn't so bad after all.
