I posted this to tweeters yesterday but never did see it come through, so here it is, again.

I observed an ATFL yesterday afternoon just upstream from the Cornwall Avenue bridge over Whatcom Creek. It was in the tree tops, about one hundred yards downstream from the Tropical Kingbird bridge.
I've seen them in the Southwest but this is certainly the first time I've seen one here. I will attempt to relocate it this morning.
