I had a half dozen or so Gray Jays spend the winter at my feeders. Then when spring came, I still had at least three. Now, the babies have arrived! Two fledglings showed up today looking fluffy and wide mouthed. They seem to be following only one bird so I wonder where the other two adults are. The odd thing is - I am only at 250 feet in elevation on the western shores of Hood Canal.
