The third picture in the latest blog shows the eaglet with a full crop. With the crop and the juvenile feathers beginning to appear the eaglet looks a bit down on his or her luck. Looks can be deceiving though because actually the eaglets appear to be getting plenty of food and growing rapidly.

These are the eaglets in the Broadmoor nest and I suspect they are now between 4 and 5 weeks old.
