We dodged frisbees in a frisbee golf tournament and waited out a
thunder-rain storm for some sun to shine and the wind to die down at the
Kiwanis Frisbee Golf park in Kennewick for 5 hours from 11:30 to 4:30 with
no luck on the Northern Parula. We then drove 1/2 mile down the road to the
closed Kiwanis Camp park, walk behind the building to the white post with
G0 on it and the tree behind that, played the tape and the NORTHERN PARULA
came out of the small trees to the SW of there landed on a branch in front
and above us for a photo op for a few minutes before heading back to the
small trees. We left happy birders.
